Just need an employee handbook, job descriptions, or new hire checklist? Hire me by the project. I’ll customize it to support your business’ needs and operations. I can also be contracted to onboard employees, complete stay interviews, and develop policies and procedures.

Monthly Services

Need help developing your HR infrastructure? Then a monthly agreement may be the way to go. No long-term commitment with a month-to-month agreement. We’ll identify your HR needs and create the documents you need. I provide guidance and coaching as well as best practices for specific tasks.

As Needed

Need to address an employee complaint or an unplanned termination? Act quickly and in a way that avoids putting your company at risk. I’m here to help guide you through the process, protect your company, and do these not-so-fun tasks.

I became PHR Certified in 2012 by Human Resource Certification Institute, and in 2016 became SHRM-CP certified by the Society of Human Resource Management. I maintain my certification by meeting continuing education requirements for both organizations. My interest in streamlining processes and improving efficiencies led me to achieve Six Sigma Black Belt Certification in 2018.
